Following on from the last video about Lifetime Allowance planning, I thought I'd follow up with some examples where it turns out that avoiding the LTA charge might not be the best thing to do. No-one likes to pay tax unnecessarily, but tax is a multi-headed Hydra, and you might nail one tax with your planning, only to let another worse tax take its place.
