Right! Now our new season gets going in earnest as we look at the first of our life stages – young, free and single. This is where it all starts; the beginnings of our financial independence, and today I want to look at the main things you need to get right at this early stage to lay a sure foundation for future financial success.
This podcast is brought to you with the help of Seven Investment Management, a firm of investment managers based in London. They specialise in multi-asset investing, bringing institutional investing techniques to ordinary people like you and me. 7IM put their name to my show and to my site because they believe in what I’m doing, trying to get decent, easy-to-understand financial information out to the world. I’m very grateful to them for their support.

You may still be living at home, but are looking forward to a time when you can maybe move out.
What do you need to know and do at this early stage of your financial life in order to set yourself up well for the future? Let’s find out…
